  • Where do you build?
    We build anywhere in the Fort Wayne and surrounding areas. We build in many of the subdivisions in this area as well on lots and land owned by clients.
  • How do you use technology in your builds?
    Every build utilizes Builder Trend building software for clients to make selections, communicate, see weekly video and photo updates, as well as track financial information. When time permits, we also have the ability to generate 3D renderings of spaces to help client visualize interior and exterior spaces during the design phase.
  • What will my home cost?
    There is no one size meets all answer to this question when building custom. Since we are a fully custom home builder, we come along side our clients and design their home from concept to completion. Consequently, the cost of your home will vary greatly by floor plan and generally be based on your design choices. With this said, our typical home price ranges between 215 and 275 dollars a square foot depending on the factors mentioned previously.
  • How long will it take to build my home?
    Typically we are able to get the plans determined within thirty (30) to sixty (60) days. From there the time is takes to build will vary based on the size and complexity of a home. We advise clients that most builds can be accomplished in nine (9) months or less from the time plans are completed.
  • What price homes do you build?
    We will build in most price points. However, we generally build most homes in excess of $650,000.00 or more excluding land. We focus on this market to allow clients the ability to truly customize their homes without sacrificing quality finishes and custom features.
  • What kind of warranty do you offer?
    We have partnered with RWC Warranty to offer a 10 year warranty on each build. RWC is one of the nation’s oldest and largest providers of written insured warranties on new homes. A copy of the warranty is provided to every buyer at the end of the build.
  • How do we make selections?
    Each buyer is different in how they want to make selections. We have select relationships with a handful of online retailers as well as a few local vendors with show rooms to allow clients to make selections. If you have a specific choices in mind we will make all reasonable requests to locate and implement those choices.
  • What financial institutions do you work with?
    We will work with nearly all lenders. However, we have pre-established relationships with a few local lenders including Hallmark Mortgage, 3 Rivers Credit Union, and Lake City Bank. Each of these lenders has a construction loan option to help get your home built.
